1. The electric heating tube should be well positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area is immersed in liquid or metal solid body, and burning is strictly prohibited. When it is found that there are scales or carbon on the surface of the tube, it should be cleaned and reused in time to avoid heat dissipation and shorten the service life.
2. When heating fusible metals or solid nitrosalts, alkalis, pitches, stone pulls, etc., the operating voltage should be lowered first, and the medium should be melted before being raised to the rated voltage.
The components are allowed to work under the following conditions:
a. The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 95%, and there is no explosive and corrosive gas.
b. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times the estimated value, and the shell must be effectively grounded.
c. Insulation resistance ≥ 1mω dielectric strength: 2kv/1mn
4. The wiring part should be placed outside the insulating layer to avoid contact with corrosive and explosive media and water; the wire should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time. Avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring wire of the flange electric heating pipe manufacturer.
The parts should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is less than 1mω due to long-term storage, it can be dried in an oven at about 200°c or heated with a low-voltage power supply until the insulation resistance is restored.
6. When heating the air, the components should be evenly arranged at the intersection, so that the components have good heat dissipation conditions, so that the flowing air can be completely heated.
When heating salt, protective measures should be taken to prevent explosion.
