Xianglong flange electric heater (also known as insert electric heater) is a common electric heating equipment in the industrial field, mainly used in petroleum, chemical, food and machinery industry storage tanks, containers, pipelines and other scenarios, suitable for heating and insulation of liquid, gas and even low melting point metal and other media.
This equipment features multiple U-shaped tubular electric heating elements densely welded onto a flange, manufactured from stainless steel, nickel-chromium alloy wires, and modified magnesium oxide powder, meeting industry technical standards. Core components support either TIG welding or modular assembly, with individual heating tubes replaceable for reduced maintenance costs. It offers voltage compatibility between 220V and 380V, with power configurations ranging from 2KW to 10,000KW, achieving thermal efficiency exceeding 90%.
The combination type typically employs argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tubes to flanges, or utilizes fastening devices where each tube is welded with a securing component. These components are then locked into place using nuts on the flange cover. The tubes are welded to the fasteners through argon arc technology, ensuring leak-proof sealing. The sealing areas of the fasteners employ scientifically designed processes. This design allows for easy replacement of individual tubes, significantly reducing future maintenance costs.
