If the ignition plug is burned, the ignition plug should be removed and replaced with a new one.
2. If too much carbon deposits cause the thermal efficiency to decrease, clean the radiating fins on the inner wall of the water jacket and the carbon deposit in the combustion chamber.
3. If you find that the intake pipe, exhaust pipe and drip pipe of the electric heater are blocked by soil, please clean and dredge it immediately. Please keep the electric heater compartment clean, and no flammable deposits can be placed around it.
4. Ensure that the oil tank, oil pipe and oil filter solenoid valve are cleaned to avoid dirt blocking the oil circuit.
5. In the electric heating pipe circulation system, the antifreeze that is consistent with the outside environment temperature should be safely used as the circulating heating medium.
6. The electric heating pipe water pump should be maintained regularly according to the specific conditions of the customer's safe use. If a leak of the sealing water seal component is found, or the water pump is difficult to start and operate, it should be maintained immediately.
7. The automatic control box, oil filter electromagnetic rice and other electrical components on the electric heating tube host are maintained according to the general low-voltage electrical maintenance method. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and the customer should not modify it without authorization. .
8. Ensure that the thermal control is in good condition and maintain it regularly. If the micro switch is found to be malfunctioning or damaged, please replace it immediately.
9. Electric heating tubes are mostly safe-use main motors. Under normal circumstances, under specific conditions, they can be safely used for 5,000 hours without maintenance. If abnormal work occurs due to long use time or other reasons, they should be maintained and inspected. For specific conditions of carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication, please add lubricating grease or remove the carbon brush when necessary.
10. During the unsafe use of the electric heating tube in the warm season, please start it 4-5 times on time, and each operation is about five minutes, to ensure that the electric heater operates normally during the next safe use.
