Also known as a tube bundle type electric heating tube, it is formed by fixing one, two, three or three multiple U-shaped tubes on a flange. Because of its high thermal efficiency and easy installation, it is often used for heating water tanks, oil tanks, and boilers. Don't think that the shape of the blue electric heating tube is complicated, but its installation is very simple. Now let's take a look at the installation method of flanged electric heating pipes. Flange-type electric heating pipes are divided into flat flanges and threaded flanges, and threaded flanges are divided into two types, namely threaded and anti-threaded.
First, the flat flanged heating tube
a. First make a hole in the heated container. (The aperture is generally larger than the outer diameter of the flanged heating tube)
b. Weld an external pipe on the outside of the hole again. (The aperture of the external pipe is equal to the aperture of the opening)
c. Then weld the female flange to the external joint. (The female flange matches the flange on the heating pipe)
d. Connect the flange heating pipe flange and the female flange with screws, so that the flange is in the middle sealing ring.
Second, threaded flange
1. Buckle French electric heating tube
a. First make a hole in the heated container.
b. Weld the female tooth ring outside the hole again. (Female tooth ring is equipped with heating pipe thread buckle)
c. Just screw the electric heating tube directly to the female tooth ring.
2. Anti-threaded flange type hot water pipe
a. First open a hole in the heated container (the diameter of the hole is equal to the thread diameter of the heat pipe thread)
b. Then pass the threaded part of the reverse flange type electric heating tube through the inside of the container.
c. Tighten the thread of the electric heating tube with a hexagonal nut to make it a sealing ring.
